You may disable SODCPreload

You may open File > Preferences > IBM Lotus Symphony,
Uncheck the option of 'Launch Lotus Symphony in the background when the operation system starts'.
Restart machine and run msinfo32, check if soffice.exe is under the directory of Lotus Notes
If not, it's launched by either Lotus Symphony or OpenOffice.org
